Overall Landscape Concept Spatial & Zoning Layout of the Plaza Hardscape Design (paving materials, surrounding party wall, tree pits, planters, water features) Softscape Design (planting strategy, plant species selection, shrubs design) Outdoor Furniture & Amenities (seatings, planters) Landscape Flood Lighting and Lighting Fixtures Landscape Integration of Wayfinding and Artworks Landscape Integration of MEP systems (drainage, basement air vents, plantroom) Provisional strategy of enabling works for landscape socket points to facilitate business operations II.
